About Me & This Role
I’m a trauma therapist who does deep, all‑day intensive work with clients, alongside running a growing business. My work requires a lot of emotional presence, so I’m looking for a warm, grounded, emotionally steady Founder’s Assistant who can help hold the operational and logistical side of my life and business with care, clarity, and discretion.
Because my days are full, I need someone who has some daytime availability for real‑time check‑ins, co‑working sessions, or face‑to‑face meetings (virtual or in‑person if local). This helps us stay aligned and keeps things moving smoothly.
This is not a typical assistant job.
This is a high‑trust support role for someone who can flow between executive, administrative, personal, and light client-facing responsibilities depending on the day — and who can hold space with kindness when I’m juggling a lot or feeling scattered.
I’m also looking for someone who is truly up for anything — whether that’s coordinating a complex project, managing household logistics, supporting clients with scheduling and paperwork, learning a new software tool, troubleshooting a tech issue, or rolling up your sleeves for something hands-on and unglamorous. You’re the kind of person who can go from “cleaning a toilet” to “learning to code” without blinking, because you care about the mission and you love being useful.
And importantly: you’re someone who is curious about AI tools and excited to learn how to use them to make our workflows smoother, faster, and more creative. You don’t need to be an expert — just eager to explore and apply new tools as they emerge.

What You’ll Do
You’ll move fluidly between roles depending on what’s needed — sometimes business, sometimes personal, often both:
• Inbox + calendar management — keeping me on track and reducing overwhelm
• Task + project coordination — turning ideas into clear next steps
• Follow‑ups + communication — making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Client-facing support — scheduling, reminders, paperwork, confidential communication, and client-related admin within a trauma‑therapy practice
• Personal admin — managing utilities, household accounts, renewals, and life logistics
• Errands + hands-on tasks — anything from organizing a space to handling small personal projects
• Research + problem solving — finding answers and options quickly
• Creating structure — helping me stay organized and focused
• Warm emotional steadiness — being a grounded presence when things feel chaotic
• Learning + applying AI tools — using AI to streamline tasks, draft content, organize information, and support decision-making
• Learning new systems + skills — from tech platforms to more advanced tools
• Anticipating needs — seeing what’s coming before I do
This role is for someone who loves being the person who “just handles it” with both competence and heart.

Who This Is NOT For
This role won’t be a fit if you:
• Need rigid structure or predictable days
• Get overwhelmed by shifting priorities
• Take feedback personally
• Prefer to only do one type of task
• Want a job where you can “clock in and mentally check out”
• Are uncomfortable doing both hands-on tasks and high-level work
• Don’t enjoy personal admin or household logistics
• Aren’t interested in learning new tools, including AI
• Don’t feel comfortable interacting with clients professionally and confidentially
• Are only available evenings or late nights

• A moment you brought order and calm to a chaotic situation
• A moment you were “up for anything” and just made it happen
