Social Media & Content Manager (Podcast + Book Promotion)
Overview
I am an author and Christian Health Coach seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to support podcast episode distribution and ongoing book promotion across email and social media platforms.
This is an execution-focused role that includes social media management, content creation, email marketing, light video editing, and content organization.
The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, communicates clearly, and is easy to work with on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Adapt content appropriately for each platform (not just reposting)
- Maintain consistent posting and brand voice
- Monitor engagement and provide simple, actionable insights
- Podcast Content & Distribution (Priority)
- Organize episode assets (video, audio, links, show notes)
- Draft email and social media content for each episode
- Identify short-form video clips from full episodes
- Add captions and light branding to clips
- Prepare content for review and schedule approved content
Email Marketing (Required)
- Create and format emails using FG Funnels / Go High Level
- Manage email broadcasts and scheduling
- Work within existing lists and workflows
- Book Promotion Content
- Repurpose existing content into social media posts
- Create high-quality, branded graphics in Canva
- Support consistent promotion across platforms
Content Organization & Operations
- Maintain structured Google Drive and Google Docs filing systems
- Organize podcast assets (video, graphics, drafts, links)
- Track podcast episodes and content status
- Ensure all materials are accurate, complete, and easy to access

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in social media, content management, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (not just posting)
- Strong writing skills, including professional LinkedIn content
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts)
- Experience with FG Funnels / Go High Level is required
- Strong organizational skills using Google Docs and Google Drive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication and responsiveness
