As our Facilities Manager for 19 retail stores from Florida to Hawaii, you’re the go-to problem solver, fixer, and behind-the-scenes hero making sure every store is operating at its best. From HVAC hiccups to internet outages to coordinating repairs across multiple time zones, you’ll keep things moving so our teams can focus on what they do best, creating great customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Keep Our Stores Running Smoothly
You’ll oversee the day-to-day facilities operations across all locations—handling everything from HVAC and plumbing to lighting and general upkeep. If something breaks, you’re already on it.
Own Repairs & Maintenance
Track, prioritize, and coordinate repairs to make sure issues get resolved quickly and correctly. You know how to keep things moving without letting anything fall through the cracks.
Manage Utilities & Systems
Oversee internet, utilities, and service providers across all stores. When something goes down, you troubleshoot fast and get it back up even faster.
Work with Vendors Like a Pro
From negotiating contracts to scheduling work, you’ll make sure we’re getting great service at the right price. You’ll build strong relationships while holding vendors accountable to our standards.
Improve What We Already Do
You’ll take a close look at our current processes and find ways to make them more efficient, streamlined, and effective—always making things better, not just different.
Handle Supplies & Equipment
Keep stores stocked with the supplies they need to operate smoothly. You’ll manage inventory and make sure everything gets where it needs to go, on time.
Support Our Store Teams
You’ll be the main point of contact for anything facilities-related—keeping communication clear, proactive, and helpful. Store teams will know they can count on you.
Jump Into Projects
From small fixes to bigger initiatives, you’ll jump in wherever needed. No two days are the same, and you’re someone who thrives on that variety.
Work Environment:
Retail doesn’t run on a 9–5 schedule, and neither do facilities issues. Things can come up at any time, and you’ll be someone who can jump in when needed. Occasionally, that means evenings, weekends, or off-hours support to keep our stores up and running.
Location: Our preference is for the position to be in our home office Rocklin, CA. Remote from other US locations is an option.
Hours: 20-30 hours a week; 4-6 hours M-F

What You Bring:
3–5+ years of facilities management experience (multi-unit retail is a big plus)
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Excellent organization and project management abilities
