Job Title: Lead Nurture Specialist (LNS)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-communication Lead Nurture Specialist (LNS) to support our sales team by increasing call show rates and improving lead engagement.

This role is critical to our growth. You will be responsible for personally connecting with prospects after they book a call, confirming their attendance, building rapport, and ensuring they show up prepared and ready.

Your work directly impacts revenue by increasing the number of qualified prospects who attend scheduled calls.

Key Responsibilities
Review new lead applications and understand each prospect’s situation
Send personalized SMS messages to confirm booked calls
Engage leads in conversation to build rapport and increase commitment
Call leads who do not respond to text messages to confirm their appointment
Ensure prospects:
Know how to attend the call (logistics)
Understand why the call is important (priority)
Respond quickly to:
Scheduling/logistical questions
Basic sales-related questions (while redirecting deeper questions to the call)
Send timely reminders:
Immediately after booking
24 hours before (if applicable)
8 hours before
1 hour before
15 minutes before

Track and report key metrics:
Confirmation rate
Show rate for confirmed vs unconfirmed leads
Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and performance
Help move calls forward when prospects are ready sooner
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Confirmation Rate (% of leads who confirm their call)
Show Rate on Confirmed Leads (target: 90%+)
Response Rate to Messages
Call-to-confirm success rate (for non-responsive leads)
Speed of Response

Preferred Experience
Customer support, sales support, appointment setting, or call center experience
Experience with SMS and phone-based communication
Familiarity with high-ticket sales environments (coaching, consulting, etc.)

This is not a passive messaging role — you will actively follow up via text and phone
This is not a VA-style task role — performance directly impacts revenue
The goal is to increase confirmed calls and show rates, not just send messages
