We are a growing digital signage company specializing in outdoor digital signs, indoor/outdoor scoreboards, LED display solutions, and customer-focused project execution. We work with businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, and organizations to help bring high-visibility digital display projects to life.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Success & Project Coordination Specialist to help support proposal preparation, project coordination, customer communication, and operational workflow management as we continue to grow.
This is a flexible remote opportunity starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role will begin by supporting proposal and project coordination workflows and will gradually evolve as trust and responsibilities grow.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating proposal preparation and customer-ready presentations
- Assisting with sign renderings and layout coordination
- Managing CRM updates and project documentation
- Tracking permits, project timelines, and administrative details
- Coordinating with vendors, installers, and customers
- Following up with customers and helping ensure excellent communication throughout projects
- Scheduling and organizing project-related activities
- Helping improve operational organization and workflow processes
- Supporting project execution from initial inquiry through completion
