We are a growing digital signage company specializing in outdoor digital signs, indoor/outdoor scoreboards, LED display solutions, and customer-focused project execution. We work with businesses, schools, churches, municipalities, and organizations to help bring high-visibility digital display projects to life.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Success & Project Coordination Specialist to help support proposal preparation, project coordination, customer communication, and operational workflow management as we continue to grow.

This is a flexible remote opportunity starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right person.
We are not simply looking for a task-doer. We are looking for someone who wants to be a dependable operational partner and take ownership of the processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Schedule & Compensation

1099 contractor role initially (estimated 3–6 months)
