We generate motivated inbound leads through online marketing, Facebook campaigns, CRM systems, and land-selling websites. We are growing quickly and looking for a highly responsive Remote Sales Manager who can connect with leads fast and help guide them through the land-buying process.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from websites, Facebook, CRM campaigns, and online inquiries
- Call, text, and follow up with prospective land buyers
- Build rapport and educate customers on available land opportunities
- Manage and track leads inside our CRM system
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up until deals close
- Work closely with ownership to improve sales systems and lead conversion
- Help create a positive and professional customer experience
Job Overview
Requirements
Strong phone and communication skills
Sales experience preferred (real estate, land sales, or high-ticket sales is a plus)
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Ability to respond to leads quickly — speed to lead is critical in this role
Organized and tech-savvy with CRM experience
Familiar with Facebook lead communication and online sales funnels
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
