We’ve sourced $500M+ in deal flow for our clients through cold email infrastructure built to consistently reach the right inboxes. Our campaigns generate a steady stream of warm replies. Your job is to convert those replies into booked, shown appointments.
The Role
You’ll work the warm reply queue from our active cold email campaigns. You’ll qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule calls between them and our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Engage warm leads from active cold email campaigns
- Qualify prospects against client criteria
- Handle objections and follow up persistently to drive appointments
- Schedule calls via client scheduling links
- Log dispositions and notes in our CRM for every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 2-3 years of B2B SDR or appointment-setting experience
- Comfortable with a defined playbook while adapting tone for different prospects
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed
- Reliable, consistent availability during agreed hours (flexible hours, US time zones)
Nice-to-have:
- Background in M&A, business brokerage, investment banking, or financial services
- Experience working warm replies from cold email campaigns specifically
- Prior fractional or contract SDR engagements
Compensation
- Base rate: $20/hr
- Per shown appointment: $50
- OTE: ~$40/hr based on expected appointment volume
- Contract/fractional engagement: 2-4 hours per day
