Acquisitions Manager — Remote | High-Performance Sales Role

Location: Remote (U.S.-based strongly preferred)

We are a growing land investment company focused on acquiring and reselling vacant land across the U.S. We are focused on fewer, higher-quality deals with meaningful profit margins, not high-volume transactions. We are looking for a serious, performance-driven Acquisitions Manager who can help turn seller conversations into signed contracts.

The Role
You will:
• Call and follow up with landowners
• Build rapport and negotiate pricing
• Present offers and get contracts signed
• Manage seller communication and follow-up
• Help move deals from lead to contract
We provide the lead flow and training. Your job is to close deals.

Compensation
• $20/hour
• Expected schedule: 20–30 hours/week
• 6–8% commission on closed deals
• Increased commission percentages based on performance
An Acquisitions Manager who consistently closes just 2 deals per month can realistically earn $100,000+ annually between hourly pay and commissions.

Training Included
Every hire will be enrolled in a structured 9-month Land Closers Academy training program led by Ajay Sharma and his team.
Training includes:
• 2 live coaching calls per week
• Land-specific sales scripts
• Objection handling
• Call reviews and feedback
• Access to real call recordings from top land closers nationwide

Expectations
This is a performance-based role with real lead flow, coaching, and support.
If no deals are closed within the first 3–4 months, the role may not continue.
