ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Success Coach, you will play a key role in supporting women on their weight-loss journey by helping them stay consistent, accountable, and engaged within a structured environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives on:

You will help ensure clients feel supported, stay on track, and successfully execute as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support & Accountability
Provide consistent, high-quality support to clients throughout their journey
Review client progress and offer clear, supportive, and actionable feedback
Respond to client questions in a timely, thoughtful, and encouraging manner
Proactively reach out to clients who are disengaged or struggling
Maintain a consistent presence in the community so no client feels overlooked
Client Engagement & Progress
Monitor client participation and ensure they remain engaged with program materials
Support clients in implementing the program and staying consistent with their goals
Track client progress and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Client Communication
Conduct scheduled check-ins to provide personalized support and guidance
Document client interactions clearly and accurately
Team Collaboration
Participate in team and coaching meetings and trainings
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the client experience and outcomes
