Responsibilities
1. Draft and/or respond to client emails and maintain timely communication
2. Create and edit client-facing financial planning documents
3. Manage account paperwork, transfers, and custodial processes
4. Execute technical tasks: Roth conversions, account setup, money movement
5. Prepare for client meetings including data gathering and plan updates
6. Maintain CRM (Wealthbox) and support onboarding
7. Work with the lead planner (Carlie Ransom) and the client services manager in a team of three

Requirements
Required:
Active Series 65 or 66, or CFP® eligible for IAR registration
1-3+ years of paraplanning or financial planning experience
Strong written communication and attention to detail
At least some availability during core hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific (mostly remote work)
Preferred:
CFP® certification or in progress
Tax-aware retirement or estate planning experience
Experience with Wealthbox, Right Capital, Morningstar, Income Lab, Altruist, etc.

Compensation
$55 to $80+ per hour depending on experience, with room to grow as the role expands. This is a 1099 contractor position starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility and a clear path toward increased hours and responsibility over time.
