What you would be doing

You would be speaking directly with landowners who are considering selling their property. You would run comps, evaluate opportunities within clear guidelines, and negotiate respectfully and confidently.

You would follow a defined process. You would not need to reinvent scripts to feel capable. You would gather complete information so decisions can be made cleanly. You would move things forward every day.

Some days you will have easy conversations. Some days you will need to anchor someone gently in reality. The right person does not take that personally. They stay kind. They stay firm. They stay steady.

This is a part-time contractor role with flexible hours spread across multiple days. Sellers do not operate on a perfect Monday through Friday schedule, and responsiveness matters.

You will be paid hourly plus bonuses tied to completed, profitable resales. The more disciplined and consistent you are, the more this role makes sense.
