We have strong retention, zero refund requests, and a proven offer. We’re not figuring things out — we’re scaling what already works.
The Role
We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to convert warm leads into booked sales calls. This is not a cold calling job. Every person you contact has already opted in, attended a live, engaged with our content, or joined our community. Your job is to continue that conversation and get qualified people on the phone with our sales team.
This role is the direct revenue engine of the business. If you’re good, you’ll earn well and grow with us.
What You’ll Do Daily
- Work inbound lead lists from opt-ins, webinar registrants, and FB Live attendees
- Monitor and engage warm leads inside our Skool community and Facebook group
- Initiate and manage conversations via DM and email to qualify and book calls
- Follow up persistently but professionally with leads who haven’t booked
- Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM daily — no exceptions
- Hit a minimum of 25 qualified calls booked per month
You’re a Fit If You…
- It is preferred but not required to have at least 6–12 months of experience setting appointments for a high-ticket offer ($3k+)
- Know how to hold a conversation without sounding scripted or robotic
- Are comfortable handling “I’m not interested” without folding
- Take ownership of your numbers and don’t make excuses when they’re off
- Are organized, self-directed, and don’t need hand-holding
- Can work U.S. business hours and respond to leads quickly
You’re Not a Fit If You…
- Have never worked in a high-ticket sales environment
- Need significant training to understand what a qualified lead looks like
- Treat this like a passive income gig
- Are not comfortable with performance-based accountability
Compensation
- Base: $1,500/month
- Commission: $300–$500 per closed deal you set
- Realistic Month 1 target: 15+ calls booked, 4–5 closed = $2,700–$4,000 total
- Upside: Uncapped. We’re growing fast and reward people who perform.
