THE ROLE
This is what your day looks like every single day:
- Make 25-40 outbound calls to K-12 school administrators from Nutshell CRM – no list building, no research, just calls
- Leave professional voicemails using our approved script
- Send a follow-up email immediately after each call using our approved template
- Qualify each administrator using EDCO’s 5-gate checklist: role, active problem, authority, institution type, willingness to book
- Book qualified administrators for a free 30-minute Discipline Strategy Session
- Route teacher contacts warmly to our Teacher Pack resources
- Confirm every appointment 24 hours in advance
- Log every call in Nutshell the same day with complete notes
- Submit a daily wrap report: Name, Role, School, Action Taken, Next Step, Date
- Submit a weekly performance summary every Friday

THE RIGHT PERSON

- Is available Monday through Friday during US business hours

COMPENSATION – COMMISSION-ONLY, TIERED
Tier 1: 1-4 shows per month – $75 per appointment – $75 to $300 monthly
Tier 2: 5-9 shows per month – $100 per appointment – $500 to $900 monthly
Tier 3: 10+ shows per month – $125 per appointment – $1,250+ monthly
When you cross a tier, the higher rate applies to ALL appointments that month. 10 shows = all 10 at $125. That is $1,250 before bonuses.
Performance Bonuses:
- $250 close bonus – every time a prospect you booked becomes a paying EDCO client within 90 days
- $300 volume bonus – any month you deliver 15+ showed appointments
- $500 quarterly consistency bonus – 8+ shows every month for 3 consecutive months
Strong month example: 15 shows plus 3 client closes = $2,925 total.
Payment sent by the 10th of the following month. 1099-NEC issued at year-end.
