Why did you decide to use HireMyMom.com for your hiring needs?
I found it is a perfect fit for my growing company. I don’t have the hours to hire a full time employee but with contracting out a few hours a week, it will allow me to expand my business and hopefully have the hours to convert the role to a full time employee.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your business career?
Find help before you get to max capacity to allow for a smooth onboarding process. You will be happy you did it as soon as you find the right candidate to fill the need.

Overall a great experience from the start until extending an offer to my contractor. The platform is great and really allows to get good insight on each candidate. I did choose to directly work on filling the role myself and I received a lot of interest from qualifying candidates. I would definitely seek out this platform for future needs and also would be thrilled to recommend to any business looking to hire or find contractors.
