What You’ll Do as a Relationship Partner
Your role is simple in concept, powerful in practice:
- Connect with experienced professionals who are ready for a change
- Have real conversations. Listen, understand, and share how Define Your Journey could help them
- Introduce them to the programme and guide them through the enrollment process
- Earn $1,000 commission for every person you enroll
That’s it. No hard selling. No pressure tactics. No chasing cold leads.
You’ll be supported with conversation guides, tools, and resources, and backed by a leader who genuinely cares about how you work, not just what you produce.

Strong communication skills
You can have real, meaningful conversations, whether in person, on the phone, via LinkedIn, or over email. You write warmly and clearly. You know how to follow up without being pushy and how to keep a conversation going without forcing it.
Empathy and emotional intelligence
The people you will be connecting with are often at a vulnerable and important crossroads in their lives. You understand what it feels like to want more from your career and life. You approach every conversation with genuine care, not just a goal to hit.
Self-motivation and independence
You are comfortable working on your own without someone looking over your shoulder. You take initiative, manage your own time well, and follow through on what you say you will do. You do not need to be chased or reminded.
Belief in transformation
You genuinely believe that people can reinvent themselves, build something new, and create a working life on their own terms. If you have experienced some version of this yourself, or you have helped someone else through it, then this is an added bonus.
Professional credibility
You have a background that gives you access to, or the ability to connect with, experienced professionals aged 40 to 60 who may be navigating career transitions, redundancy, or a desire for change.
