We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our customer support team on a part-time basis. This is a phone-first role — you’ll be the voice of the brand for customers who need help with their orders, products, and more.

We’re specifically looking for people who want flexible weekday hours that work around their life. If you’ve got a few solid hours free on weekdays and you’re a natural on the phone, we’d love to talk.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone — this is primarily a voice role
  • Patient, warm communicator who can de-escalate and problem-solve
  • Reliable availability during weekday hours (we're building staggered shifts, so morning or afternoon availability both work)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing background counts
  • Self-sufficient working remotely
