About the role
We are looking for friendly, dependable people to join our customer support team on a part-time basis. This is a phone-first role — you’ll be the voice of the brand for customers who need help with their orders, products, and more.
We’re specifically looking for people who want flexible weekday hours that work around their life. If you’ve got a few solid hours free on weekdays and you’re a natural on the phone, we’d love to talk.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Helping with order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery questions
- Walking customers through promotions, warranty questions, and product info
- Assisting with replacement parts requests and color/product changes
- Keeping notes and following up where needed
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable and confident on the phone — this is primarily a voice role
- Patient, warm communicator who can de-escalate and problem-solve
- Reliable availability during weekday hours (we’re building staggered shifts, so morning or afternoon availability both work)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing background counts
- Self-sufficient working remotely
Bonus points
Experience with product guidance or live shopping — we may expand into live consult support down the road and would love people who are excited about that.
