ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a high-performing, emotionally intelligent female sales closer to join a fast-growing coaching company helping women over 40 finally lose weight—without dieting, without excessive exercise, and without fighting their bodies.
This is not a typical “sales job.”
This is a consultative, high-trust role where your ability to deeply understand, connect, and guide a prospect is what drives results.
You will take inbound Zoom sales calls with qualified prospects and:
Build deep trust and rapport quickly
Understand their history, frustrations, and goals
Identify what has actually been holding them back
Confidently present the program as the solution
Close aligned clients on the first call
This is a one-call close environment with warm leads.
ABOUT THE OFFER
You will be selling a premium $5,000–$6,600 transformation program designed specifically for women 40+ who feel stuck, frustrated, and disconnected from their bodies, especially due to hormonal changes and menopause.

Your role is to guide, not convince.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct warm discovery calls with pre-qualified leads who have completed an application and attended our masterclass
Build genuine rapport with prospects, understand their weight loss challenges, and present our coaching programs ($5,000+) with clarity and confidence
Guide prospects through our enrollment process and close sales with empathy and integrity no pressure tactics
Follow up with prospects who need more time to decide, maintaining detailed notes on each conversation
Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM, keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure smooth client handoffs and a seamless client experience
Provide feedback on objections and call trends to help refine the overall sales process

Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
A woman with 2–4 years of experience in high-ticket sales, coaching program sales, or consultative sales — ideally in health, wellness, or weight loss
Proven track record of closing high-ticket offers ($5,000+) over Zoom video call
Naturally empathetic and an exceptional listener, you connect quickly with women and make them feel heard and understood
Comfortable having honest, values-aligned conversations about investment without being pushy or salesy
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fully remote, performance-driven environment
Passionate about health, wellness, and empowering women you genuinely believe in the transformation our clients experience
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Prior experience selling weight loss, nutrition, or body transformation coaching programs specifically
Personal experience with your own health or body transformation journey
Experience working with or selling to women over 40
Familiarity with closer.io and video call platforms such as Zoom
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Our coaching programs range from $5,000 to $6,600 per client, and you will be working with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed strong interest after attending our masterclass. Exact commission rate will be discussed during the interview process.
