Remote Land Sales Specialist (Part-Time | Commission + Growth Opportunity)
We are a fast-growing land investment company specializing in affordable recreational and residential land across the Western United States. We are looking for a motivated, honest, and persistent Sales Specialist to help respond to inbound buyer inquiries and guide leads through our sales process.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads from Facebook Marketplace, Meta Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels
- Build rapport with prospective buyers and answer questions about our properties
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text, and email
- Track communications and lead activity within our CRM system
- Help buyers move confidently through the purchase process
- Maintain professional, friendly, and trustworthy communication at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with persistent but respectful follow-up
- Able to respond to new leads during normal Monday–Friday business hours
- Able to make first contact within approximately 2 hours of lead notification whenever possible
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must have reliable computer, internet, and phone access
