What you’ll own:

• Day-to-day project management across all active initiatives
• Asana — building it, maintaining it, holding the team to it
• Client service processes and customer experience standards
• Support for marketing and content initiatives (creator network, organic lead gen, TikTok/Instagram)
• Managing a small team and keeping execution tight

Right now one of our biggest focuses is building out a creator network inside our company using AI, organic marketing, TikTok, Instagram, and content systems that generate leads organically every single week. So my ideal person is someone I can meet with daily, build 30-60 day KPIs with, brainstorm with, and then trust to help manage the moving pieces and team execution. (You are the project manager over the dream)

This role is also deeply connected to customer experience.
