The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, relationship-oriented PR and Strategic Partnerships Specialist to act as a focused growth partner.
This is not an administrative or virtual assistant role. You will be responsible for representing the practice through thoughtful, high-level communication with professionals such as attorneys, wealth managers, physicians, and media contacts. Your work will center on precision, tone, and discernment—not volume.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Referral Development- Identify and engage high-value referral partners (e.g., boutique law firms, wealth managers, concierge medical providers) through highly personalized outreach that leads to qualified introductions.

Clinical Peer Networking- Monitor relevant therapist communities and facilitate thoughtful, discreet introductions for aligned referral opportunities.
Digital PR & Media Outreach

Identify and respond to relevant media opportunities (Connectively/HARO, Qwoted), positioning the founder as an expert in executive mental health and high-performance burnout.

Podcast & Speaking Opportunities
Research and pitch aligned podcasts and niche platforms within the executive, legal, and medical ecosystems.
