About Us: We are a boutique Illinois law firm disrupting the traditional legal model through My Illinois Court Navigator™ — attorney guided self help legal tools closing the access to justice gap for Illinois residents. Three live products. Real clients. Real mission. Now we need a results driven operator to scale it statewide.
The Role: You are the growth engine. You own Navigator lead generation, email marketing, digital brand management, institutional partnerships, and internal operations. Attorney Stitt handles the legal work. You handle everything else — independently, strategically, and with full accountability for results.
This is not a training role. You will be handed a vision and expected to execute.
What You Will Do: Drive Navigator client conversions through digital marketing — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google
Build the firm’s email marketing infrastructure from the ground up
Secure referral partnerships with Illinois libraries, bar associations, and community organizations across Cook County and the north shore
Manage and grow all firm digital channels and write all growth focused copy
Coordinate new Navigator product rollouts and maintain Navigator University™ resource libraries
Build and document internal systems for Navigator intake and client workflows
Remote — With Required In Person Community Work: This role is remote. However consistent in person community presence throughout Cook County and the north shore is a core and non-negotiable requirement. Courthouse outreach, library presentations, bar association events, and neighborhood community building are foundational to how we grow the Navigator — not occasional add-ons. If regular in person community work in the Chicago metro does not fit your situation this role is not the right fit.

Illinois residency required — Chicago metro and north shore familiarity is essential for the community work this role demands
- Self directed — you build the plan and execute without daily supervision
- Strong written communication — you write copy that converts
- Tech literate — you figure out new tools independently
- Genuine alignment with the access to justice mission

Compensation:
Base: $40,000 guaranteed — paid biweekly
Total compensation: $40,000 to $130,000+ based entirely on results
The base is the floor. Uncapped tiered bonuses tied to Navigator conversions, institutional partnerships, digital growth milestones, and community outreach outcomes determine everything above it. Base increases every three months for contractors who consistently hit performance thresholds. Contract to core path for the right person.
