About the Role
We’re looking for a resourceful, organized, and proactive Sales Support Administrator to help streamline operations across our high-volume roofing sales team. You’ll be the go-to support partner for several top-performing sales reps—helping them stay focused by owning the details behind the scenes.

If you love systems, hate disorganization, and thrive in a role where you get to bring order to chaos — this is your lane. This isn’t about clocking hours — it’s about keeping the sales machine running, clean, and fast. You’ll be trusted to lead, solve, and support without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales reps to manage leads, update pipelines, and maintain CRM accuracy (preferably AccuLynx)
Follow up with homeowners and clients to move deals forward
Order aerial reports, confirm property details, and organize project documentation
Facilitate contracts and documentation between reps, customers, and internal teams
Chase down subcontractor quotes and track job costing inputs
Assist with invoice follow-up and customer service questions
Keep track of open loops, flag issues before they escalate, and propose solutions

Who You Are
-Experienced — 2+ years in sales support (roofing or construction required)
-Detail-driven — systems and checklists are your love language
-CRM-confident — AccuLynx, Go High Level, or similar

Location:
Fully Remote (U.S. time zones, CST preferred)
20-25 Hours per week
Availability during business hours required for team alignment
