Job Title: Operations Assistant (Part-Time, 5–7 Hours/Week)
Location: Remote | Flexible (Preferred availability in the mornings)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Operations Assistant to support internal workflows and operational projects across departments. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys putting systems in place, thrives on organization, and can stay steady in a fast-moving environment. You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations and assist with critical backend tasks that help keep our nationwide service team running smoothly.

Estimated time commitment is 5 to 7 hours per week, with flexibility based on weekly needs. Ideal for someone seeking part-time work with consistent rhythm and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain internal trackers for service jobs, vendor documents, and project deadlines

Organize and maintain digital files, shared drives, and folders

Assist with technician and vendor onboarding (forms, file requests, data entry, system setup)

Monitor operational calendars and follow up on outstanding tasks across teams

Support communication workflows with technicians, clients, and vendors

Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and light reporting

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines without hand-holding

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail), plus comfort learning tools like FieldPulse, Gusto, or similar systems

Able to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities with ease

Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

Compensation:
$25 – $30 per hour depending on experience. This is a 1099 contractor position.
