Conversion-Focused Web & Funnel Specialist
Overview
We’re seeking a Web & Funnel Specialist who thrives at the intersection of design, marketing, and analytics. You’ll own the process of creating and optimizing landing pages, building email flows and lead generation funnels, and improving our Shopify site for both user experience and conversion performance. You should be strategic and hands-on—ready to bring ideas to life and iterate based on data.
Key Responsibilities:
Landing Page Development
Design and build custom landing pages (product launches, lead magnets, sales pages, etc.) using Shopify, Figma, or preferred tools
Optimize pages for mobile responsiveness, fast load speed, and SEO best practices
Website Optimization
Run CRO (conversion rate optimization) experiments (A/B tests, heatmaps, scroll maps)
Make layout and UX improvements across homepage, product pages, and gallery pages
Collaborate with the marketing team to update seasonal content, CTAs, and banners
Funnel Building
Create and implement lead capture funnels with email flows, popups, forms, and downloadable resources
Build post-purchase flows, abandoned cart sequences, and nurturing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
Tech & Analytics
Integrate and manage tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, MS Clarity, Klaviyo, and Shopify apps
Track key metrics and present insights with a focus on conversion and lead quality
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align pages and flows with brand goals
Participate in campaign planning and seasonal launches
