Overview

Work from home in a high-trust, high-impact role that blends professionalism, empathy, and autonomy.

🧠 Who We Are
We are a high-performance growth agency serving elite accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and high-trust professionals. We help our clients grow by generating qualified leads and building systems that convert those leads into real appointments.

We’re also a fully remote company that values long-term, high-trust relationships with both clients and team members. Many of our most valuable team members are moms who bring exceptional clarity, care, and follow-through to the table. We believe in supporting professionals who want to grow in their career without sacrificing their life at home.

This is a role where your judgment, communication, and consistency directly contribute to client success. You will be trusted, supported, and given room to own your results — all while working from home in a way that fits your life.

❤️ Why This Is a Great Fit for Stay-at-Home Professionals
100 percent remote with a consistent schedule
High-trust team culture with clear expectations and minimal micromanagement
Work that matters — you will directly support business owners and help them grow
Long-term opportunity with consistent, meaningful work
Room to grow into leadership and process improvement if that interests you
Family-first culture — we understand the juggle and care about results, not hours

🎯 The Role
You will be the go-to person for turning warm leads into scheduled appointments for our clients. You will manage LinkedIn leads, answer inbound calls, follow up with prospects, and help reschedule no-shows. In every interaction, you will communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence — as if you were part of the client’s own team.

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role with measurable outcomes. You will not be cold calling or selling — your job is to follow up with qualified leads, understand context, and guide them into the next step.
