We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant / Client Service Manager who’s ready to help small businesses thrive while also thriving at home. 🌈 Your Role
You’ll be the key connector between our clients and our marketing production team—ensuring communication flows, goals are understood, and results are achieved. You’ll help clients stay on track, feel supported, and fall in love with our process.

Your daily missions:

đŸ€ Build and maintain strong client relationships (they’ll adore you!)
🎯 Ensure each client has a 12 Quarter Plan (12Q) to track long-term growth
🚀 Deliver and maintain RAP (Results Action Plan) or RRT (Rapid Results Testing) strategies when sold
📈 Help clients understand results, plan next steps, and feel empowered
🔄 Act as the liaison between clients and our production team to keep everything moving smoothly
đŸ§© Be a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to improve the client experience and remove roadblocks
You’ll report directly to our Business Development Director, and work closely with our Business Development Manager.

10% commission on any client revenue managed over $30,000/month
