Tech Virtual Assistant Needed for Lifestyle Blog + Shop Launch

Overview

Hi there!

I’m preparing to launch my new blog which will focus on midlife lifestyle, wellness, creative living, and inspirational products.

I’m looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to finalize and connect the back-end systems that will support my launch.

This is a project-based role (around 10 hours total, hopefully) with the potential for light ongoing support as needed.

Connect my email marketing platform (ConvertKit or Substack) to my WordPress blog
Ensure my Stan Store is linked properly for selling digital products
Connect and integrate my Etsy shop to my blog (either through buttons or shop embeds)
Set up and test lead capture (freebie opt-ins, newsletter signups)
Assist with minor WordPress setup (menus, blog layout, plugin updates if needed)
Help ensure all tech flows smoothly from blog to email to store checkout
And tie this all in with my Instagram!

Qualifications

Ideal Skills: Experience setting up WordPress websites (basic level — I don’t need a full redesign) Experience with email platforms like ConvertKit, Substack, or Mailchimp Familiarity with Stan Store setup and product linking Basic understanding of Etsy integration with blogs or websites Ability to troubleshoot small tech issues or recommend simple solutions Friendly, organized, responsive communicationBonus if you: Understand basic blog SEO Can create simple graphics in Canva Have launched a blog, shop, or email list before
