Compensation:
- $3,500/month base salary
- 20% uncapped commission on all closed HUD-to-HUD transaction profits
- High earning potential for top performers ($42k base + up to $250k+ in commissions)
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office, 2 days per week WFH)

We are a fast-growing distressed asset investment company specializing in acquiring, managing, and monetizing distressed real estate. Our team focuses on identifying opportunities with properties with broken title, liens, foreclosures, etc. WE ARE NOT WHOLESALERS.
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to earn substantial commissions while helping expand our acquisition pipeline.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing leads and acquiring properties from leads that are already in our database. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with our sellers in order to close on a property.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and excited by a compensation structure that rewards performance. We expect fully trained individuals to close 2-4 deals per month. At 2-4 deals per month your total pay should be well above 6 figures per year.
Responsibilities
- Cold call leads to start working on buying out their interest in properties
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers
- Identify distressed asset acquisition opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline and track leads through CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate and close transactions
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Negotiate and facilitate deals from initial contact through closing
- Meet and exceed sales and acquisition targets
- Provide regular pipeline and activity reporting
Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-up outreach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn complex real estate and distressed asset concepts quickly
- Open minded to critiscism and sales techniques
Preferred
- Experience in real estate asset acquisitions
- Experience with distressed assets, foreclosure, REO, HUD, or note investing
- Negotiation and deal-closing experience
- Guaranteed base salary of $3,500 per month
Ongoing Earnings
20% uncapped commission on all HUD-to-HUD transaction profits
