Operations & Communications Administrator
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, proactive, and organized team member to join our growing company in an administrative operations role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying busy, and can confidently manage multiple lines of communication at once.
This role centers around agent and team communication, schedule management, and day-to-day operational support. No two days are exactly the same, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by variety, problem-solving, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Manage schedules, appointments, and daily team coordination
Communicate regularly with agents, team members, and clients via phone call, text, email, and messaging platforms
Handle reactive, in-the-moment tasks while also managing ongoing to-do lists and operational projects
Support team organization and workflow management
Help improve efficiency as the company continues to grow and evolve

Experience or interest in the real estate industry is a major plus

Almost every day has moments of extreme fast-paced and reactive communications, but sometimes will be slower to tackle ongoing projects and organizational tasks. There is always something to do, and we value team members who can stay engaged, proactive, and resourceful in any situation.

Job Overview
Requirements
- Many years of customer service or interaction - experience dealing with frustrated or upset people is a bonus
- Experience with some form of reactive communication, like answering phones, text message lines, email correspondence
- Real estate industry knowledge of some kind is HIGHLY preferred, but not required
- Multi-tasking background, ability to prioritize when several things come in at once
- Ability to "know their way around a computer and the internet" - while we have systems and platforms we regularly use, a healthy knowledge of Googling and navigating new websites comes as a needed skill more often than you would think!

HDPhotoHub (huge bonus for this one - you will be very highly considered if you have experience in this platform!)

Business phone app for calls and texts, shared by a team (we use Grasshopper, currently)

Photoshop, Lightroom
NONE of these above platforms are required experience. The "for sure" requirement is highly computer literate - if I have to explain how to unzip a file, you will not be considered (kidding, but...for real)
