Which means I need someone who can come behind me, organize the moving pieces, create structure, keep things on track, and help turn a fast-growing business into a well-oiled machine.

This is not a “clock in and do repetitive tasks” kind of role.

Transaction Coordination

• Managing deals from contract to close
• Coordinating with attorneys, title companies, escrow, sellers, and vendors
• Tracking deadlines, title issues, and outstanding items
• Organizing signatures, notarizations, and documents
• Keeping transactions moving forward

Executive Support

• Working directly with me daily
• Managing communication, inboxes, and follow-up
• Helping keep projects and priorities organized
• Acting as a true operational right hand
