Podcast Visibility Strategist

A podcast publicity and guest booking agency, is seeking a Podcast Visibility Strategist to help amplify the voices of women thought leaders, founders, and changemakers through the power of podcasts.

In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients and our team to manage podcast outreach campaigns from start to finish — from researching right-fit shows to developing compelling interview angles, crafting pitches, coordinating interviews, and tracking results. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client has a seamless and successful experience.

This is a part-time,  employee position (10-15 hours per week) at $30-$35/hour DOE. We’re a small, growing agency with a collaborative culture, and this role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.
