Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable computer, internet, and phone access
  • Ability to respond to inbound leads during normal Monday–Friday business hours
  • Ability to make initial lead contact within approximately 2 hours whenever possible
  • Comfortable learning CRM and lead management systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior sales, customer service, appointment setting, or real estate experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Paid training provided
