You ask good questions. You listen. You make people feel heard fast. And you’re looking for a role where those natural gifts actually matter.

We help professional services entrepreneurs — attorneys, financial advisors, consultants, and B2B business owners — write and publish the book that transforms how they grow their firm.

We’ve published over 300 books. We know the process works. And right now, we need a Sales Development Representative to be the first person our prospective clients meet.

This role is not cold calling. Every person you speak with has already raised their hand. They’re curious, motivated, and ready to explore what writing a book could mean for their business.

Your job is to run a structured 20-minute discovery call, understand where they are and where they want to go, and guide the right candidates to a meeting with one of our Business Book Strategists.

You’ll also follow up via SMS and LinkedIn messaging between calls, keeping the conversation warm and making sure no one falls through the cracks. If you want meaningful work, a clear process to follow, and a front-row seat to a fast-growing company with a big mission, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Why You’ll Love This Role

›Growing fast. You’ll join a team that’s scaling with purpose and has a clear 25-year vision.
