Sales Assistant, Appointment Setter for Business Coach
Overview
I’m a business coach working with small business leadership teams. I need a friendly, professional assistant to make 20–40 follow-up phone calls per week to check in on marketing packages I’ve mailed. Your goal is simply to confirm receipt, gauge interest, and schedule a next step if appropriate — no selling or high pressure tactics.
You may also help research new leads, vet them for fit, and keep track of outreach efforts in a simple CRM-style spreadsheet.
Responsibilities:
Make 20–40 friendly follow-up calls weekly (scripts and context provided)
Track call outcomes and lead status in Google Sheets or similar
Research and pre-vet new business prospects using LinkedIn and company websites
Maintain an organized outreach tracking system
What I’m Looking For:
Confident and warm phone presence — able to be persistent without being pushy
Excellent written and spoken communication
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing a lightweight tracking system
Familiar with LinkedIn and web research
Bonus: experience with small business sales, CRM tools, or lead gen
