We are an Outsourced CFO and Accounting Services firm. Our goal is to bring ease to our clients’ accounting experience. Our monthly bookkeeping services offer monthly financial statements delivered in a timely manner with accurate allocations and optimized reporting to enhance the business owners’ understanding of their finances.
At Peak to Peak, we believe that the numbers are a treasure trove of financial information and we aim to advance our business owners’ financial intelligence and equip them to use numbers to guide their business decisions.
We serve businesses with annual revenues ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000 in a variety of industries.We are currently supporting 16 companies with monthly bookkeeping services. In addition to bookkeeping services, owner Jenn Baas provides outsourced CFO and coaching services to small business owners.

Job Description
The Bookkeeping Manager performs a vital role for our bookkeeping services by managing and performing the main bookkeeping work on our clients books. These tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Managing tasks, due dates and deadlines
- Manage month-end and year-end tasks, including 1099 preparations for clients
- Recording Bank & Credit Card Transactions
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Entering payroll journal entries
- Entering sales journal entries
- Interactions with Clients to resolve questions
- Review of Financials for correctness & completeness
- A/R Management, including invoicing, payment application/batching and recording deposits
- Assistance with preparing or updating client reports
- These tasks are performed for our regular, monthly bookkeeping clients as well as for catchup or cleanup projects or annual bookkeeping clients.
Additionally, The Bookkeeping Manager will provide direct support to Peak to Peak Owner Jenn with additional spreadsheet preparation or supportive tasks as requested.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3-5 Years of Accounting Experience
Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Ability to confidently and accurately perform routine bookkeeping tasks including recording transactions, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet tie outs, and A/R tasks.
Employment Details
Targeted Start Date: May 2025
Part-Time, 10 Hours/week with potential future growth
1099 position
Fully remote position with flexible working hours
Owner Jenn lives in Loveland, Colorado, so some in-person meetings possible if applicant lives in NoCo
Must have working computer and dependable internet access
Pay: $25-$35/hour depending on experience
