Overview

WHO YOU ARE:
You move fast, think ahead, and get it done. You’re sharp, organized, and thrive in high-performance environments. You don’t need to be micromanaged—you already know what needs to happen next. You have a strong sense of ownership, great judgment, and you take pride in making someone else’s day run smoother.

You know how to handle sensitive communication, manage a packed calendar, and keep inboxes from turning into chaos. You’ve got an eye for detail, a brain built for logistics, and a calm presence even when things are moving quickly.

If you’ve ever been called “an athlete” in the way you work, we’re probably going to get along.

WHO YOU’LL BE SUPPORTING:
I’m a life coach and entrepreneur who also runs a large online community for moms. I coach clients, host events, create content, and keep a lot of plates spinning. I don’t need help dreaming—I need help executing. My days move fast (especially between 10A–2P EST), and I need someone who can stay a few steps ahead and keep things organized behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
Calendar Management: Create structure, protect my time, and make the calendar make sense.
Inbox Management: Keep it clean. Flag what needs attention. Respond when appropriate.
Client Admin: Send invoices, track payments, schedule sessions, and follow up.
Project & Event Support: Help manage logistics for seasonal coaching events and online community projects.
Systems & SOPs: Build and refine internal workflows so I’m not the only one who knows how things work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Solid experience supporting a busy founder, coach, or exec
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), invoicing tools, and scheduling platforms
Excellent written communication and a strong filter for what matters
Confidence to take initiative without overstepping
Availability during Eastern time zone hours (especially mid-morning to early afternoon)
A deep respect for discretion and privacy

THIS ISN’T FOR YOU IF:
You need constant direction
You avoid ownership
You get overwhelmed when things move quickly or change on the fly

COMPENSATION:
Flat monthly retainer, based on 10–15 hours per week. Range: $1,600–$2,400/month depending on experience
