Cold Caller – Land Acquisitions

Part time virtual position that pays $200/week for 2 hours of work per day Mon-Friday.  Flexible work schedule.  Weekends off.  This position pays a salary plus 5% commission on net profits earned.  Commissions for this position range from $750 to $1,500.  Room for growth with the right fit.  Training is provided.  Looking for a long-term employee.  This is a 1099 position.

1.       Train on and use existing Cold Calling System to generate seller leads.

a.       Must be excellent on the phone

b.       Must have dependable computer with fast/stable internet.

c.       Previous sales or cold calling experience is a huge plus.

2.       Weekly zoom meeting with owner to discuss progress, and campaign status.

3.       Create new campaigns within the cold calling system.

4.       Convert as many seller leads as possible!

 

Resources: Smrt Dialer, Podio CRM, Headset with microphone, Slack.

Required Skills: Real Estate Acquisitions and/or phone sales experience is a plus.  Great on the phone.   Excellent computer skills.  Excellent time management.  Excellent verbal and written communications.   Detailed, efficient and highly organized.  Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Required Experience: Prior sales or direct marketing experience is a plus.  Prior cold calling experience is a plus.  Prior real estate experience is a plus.

Demand: 2 hours per day Monday – Friday.  Weekends off.

Compensation:  $200/week for 2 hours of work per day Mon – Friday plus %5 commission on net profits.

Nathan Morris is a local land investor who has been buying and selling land in the DFW area since 2018.  He operates a land  acquisitions company as well as a land sales company.

This virtual position is designed to take ownership over the cold calling within Nathan’s buying business entity.  This is a critical function in the business and an excellent opportunity for someone looking for VIRTUAL part time work capable of producing commission income beyond a weekly salary.

Existing systems and processes are in place to handle the workflows for this position and virtual training will be provided by Nathan and/or his associate as needed to get the new hire up to speed quickly.

This is a virtual, part-time opportunity that requires 10 hours of focused work per week.

The ideal candidate for this position is an accountable self-starter capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and coordination with the owner.

Real Estate experience is not required.  Land investing knowledge is preferred.  Training will be provided.
