We’re currently hiring a part-time US-based sales representative for our raw land business. As a sales representative, you will have the opportunity to sell raw land directly to consumers on owner financed terms. Wondering what that means? We are hiring! Here are the job responsibilities:
– Calling, texting, and emailing new leads and following up with old leads.
– Documenting conversations and entering them into our automated systems.
– Negotiating with buyers.
– Basic math skills required. Don’t worry, we will teach you our selling formulas.
– Completing weekly reports.
The ideal candidate will:
– Demonstrate persistent efforts in contacting all leads.
– Possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively handle buyer objections.
– Show eagerness to promptly call new leads and maintains regular follow-ups.
– Exhibit excellent listening skills.
– Display creativity in structuring deals for customers or guiding them towards suitable properties.
– Demonstrate flexibility in calling leads according to their preferred timing.
– Be highly organized and capable of managing hundreds of leads effectively. We provide systems to support lead management.
Requirements:
You will need a reliable computer with reliable and fast internet and a US based cell phone.
We will give you the leads, systems, processes and training to be wildly successful. We will also show you exactly how to go out and create your own HOT leads! You will need to bring the sales skills, drive and energy to close multiple deals every week.
