Overview

Currently looking to hire a part-time real estate acquisitions specialist with a focus in vacant land. As an acquisition’s specialist, you play a vital role in a large part of the company’s anticipated profitability. Your main day-to-day tasks will include making initial contact with prospects, building rapport with prospects, following up with prospects, negotiating with prospects, and contracting properties. There will be instances where you will have to renegotiate with a prospect because something was discovered during our due diligence period that we were unaware of prior to contracting the property. Your ultimate goal is to get the prospect to know, like and trust you. As a result, the likelihood of you being able to create a win-win situation between the prospect and our company are exponentially higher. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma • Sales experience (preferred) • Primarily English speaking • Familiarity with CRMs for lead management • Real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory
