Overview
Marketing-
Scout and recruit social influencers that align with our brand values.
Manage influencer communications.
Compile influencer metrics bimonthly.
Place orders in Shopify to send to influencers.
Work within the provided budget.
Scout and recruit models and vendors that align with our brand values.
Collect and manage model/vendor files.
Manage photography assets (on our social media management platform).
Schedule and coordinate photoshoots, models and locations.
Aid in management of communication/paperwork between models, photographers and venues.
Admin-
Manage general inquiries through our company email.
Establish weekly stand-ups and take meeting notes, assign to-do’s and report key takeaways on a weekly basis.
Manage supply inventory and order all supplies, as needed.
Confirm all appointments, as needed.
Schedule meetings and appointments, as needed.
Basic CRM tasks, copywriting and email marketing experience preferred but not required.
You will be a part of our team, holding us accountable for progress and providing updates on ongoing projects. This role is 1 part management, 1 part administrative and 1 part talent recruitment. We look forward to hearing from you!

Wild Isles designs luxury swimwear for the modern woman, cups D & up. We specialize in serving a niche audience, and we believe in changing lives, not bodies. Our exclusive fits are available direct-to-consumer via our website. We have been in business just over 6 months and are looking to build our team so we can prepare to scale.

Wild Isles is a premium swimwear company based out of Minneapolis, MN. Manufactured in Minnesota, selling D2C domestically, with plans for international distribution.
Qualifications
Software and social media savvy. Excellent writing and proficient typing skills. A project manager by nature. Strategic planning and small business experience is a bonus.
