What You’ll Actually Do
Travel Planning
Help families choose the right destination, resort, cruise, or experience
Book flights, accommodations, activities, and more
Provide tips, itineraries, and ongoing support
Become their go-to resource for stress-free, memory-making vacations

Social Media + Marketing
Share simple content (stories, posts, reels) to grow your client base
Show up as YOU — messy bun, stroller, coffee in hand, whatever
Use our templates, prompts, and ideas so you’re never stuck
Build your brand with support from our team

Client Care
Listen to families, understand their budget + needs
Recommend the best fits for kids’ ages, group sizes, and travel styles
Create “OMG this is perfect” trips from start to finish

Who You Are
You love travel — planning trips for your own family or friends lights you up
You’re the unofficial trip planner in your circle (everyone texts you for advice)
You’re comfortable on IG or FB stories, even if it’s casual and imperfect
You’re organized and multitasking doesn’t scare you (hi, mom life)
You want flexible, fulfilling work that lets you help other families
You stay calm under pressure and solve problems with ease

✨ No travel agent experience required — we train you!
✨ BUT personal travel experience is required (theme parks, cruises, all-inclusives, or Europe is a big plus)

Qualifications

Must have 3 vacations in last 3 years to at least one theme park, cruise, or all-inclusive. Reliable laptop/computer + internet + skills in social media/email required. Note: Applicants from Washington and Hawaii are currently not eligible.
