Overview
I am hiring a Land Acquisition Manger. My company buys and sells land in the US. I need a motivated individual that has good email and phone communication skills and an ability to learn the land acquisition process. This will entail working with various virtual assistants to get the job done.
• Internet, email, and web app knowledge
• File management to include cloud based apps
• Land Deed Knowledge and ability to learn gaps
• Profession email writing and customer follow-up
• Communication with county professionals, county clerk, assessor, recorder, etc
• Data Extraction from the internet
Hours are flexible as long as the work is completed with reasonable constraints.
