We seek a thorough, organized, and warm Client Success Manager to take extraordinary care of our clients at our marketing agency. In this position, you’ll be a primary communicator between our clients and the marketing team, handling the client intake process quickly and efficiently, scheduling meetings, and ensuring clients feel happy and cared for throughout the process.

The client success manager will deliver “white glove” customer service to our law firm clients by building trust and maintaining solid relationships while guiding them through our done-for-your marketing program.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the Company;
  • New Client Intake – Promptly respond to all leads via phone, email, chat or text;
  • Schedule all leads for an initial call with the sales team;
  • Follow up with all potential clients; confirm appointments;
  • Client onboarding;
  • Track all conversion, marketing, and advertising metrics.

We operate from 9am-5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-12pm on Friday. We are on EST. There may be a little flexibility with the hours, but not much. We need someone available during our business hours, about 30-35 hours per week.

I'm an intellectual property attorney turned business coach. I run a marketing consulting agency that helps solo law firm owners scale their businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads. We are growing fast and need help serving our clients.  As we continue to grow, there will be a need for more Client Success Managers so the goal would be for this candidate to become the Team Lead and assist with hiring and onboarding our next group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in customer/client support and/or successStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and analyticalDemonstrated ability to increase customer satisfactionStrong computer and tech skills are required. We use RingCentral, Google Applications, Go High Level, Asana Notion, and other software applications. Prior experience using VOIP phone systems and these software tools is highly preferred. We are willing to train the right person.
