Overview
We are looking for a Member Engagement Associate to deliver a positive, timely and seamless member and prospective member experience.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, member-focused, have a can-do attitude and passion for delivering top notch customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is required to work 32 hours weekly (M-TH 8:00am-3:30pm MT, F 8:00am-Noon MT). This position will report to the Director, Member Engagement and plays an integral role within the Member Experience Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent member service to all members and prospective members.
- Manage and professionally respond to all inbound requests, inquiries, and concerns (phone, email, and tickets).
- Seek out answers on behalf of members or prospective members to ensure satisfaction.
- Offer accurate and complete information by using appropriate tools and resources.
- Administer the relationship side of the database by updating contact information, processing dues, creating membership activities, etc.
- Identify and provide solutions and alternatives to frequent member issues or concerns.
- Assist with all aspects of the member journey.
- Support other membership related projects as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based database programs. • Great interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively, efficiently, and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. • Capacity to independently accomplish tasks, be proactive and flexible, and take initiative. • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience. • 1-2 years of membership and/or operations experience preferred. • Association experience preferred.
