Position: Intake Manager
Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic Intake Manager to join our land investment company, playing a vital role in shaping positive client interactions. You will be responsible for various tasks, including cold calling, following up with leads, keeping leads organized, and comping properties. Your dedication to these tasks will contribute to the success of the company
Responsibilities:
Client Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and requests.
Provide detailed information about our land investment opportunities.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions.
Maintain organized records of leads, inquiries, and client details.
Qualification and Analysis:
Assess the viability of potential clients based on predefined criteria.
Collaborate to determine the best course of action for each lead.
Communication:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Provide clear and detailed explanations of our investment offerings.
Cold Calling:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling.
Present our land investment opportunities persuasively.
Follow-Up:
Implement effective follow-up strategies with leads to nurture relationships.
Keep clients informed about updates and relevant information.
Lead Organization:
Develop and maintain a systematic approach to keep leads organized.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead status and interactions.
Property Comping:
Conduct property comparisons to assess market value and potential returns.
Provide insightful information to clients regarding property comparisons.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or land investment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively
Familiarity with land investment processes is a plus.
