Intake Manager — Vacant Rural Land (1099, Remote · USA)

Pioneer Land Sales is a U.S.-based land investment company that buys and sells vacant rural parcels. We’re seeking an organized, reliable Intake Manager to carry our deals from offer to closing quickly and cleanly. No real estate background required — we’ll show you our process. This is a remote, 1099 contract role open to candidates based in the USA.

Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming offers and seller inquiries
• Prepare and organize due diligence on each parcel (we provide checklists and templates)
• Prepare property deeds and supporting closing documents using our forms
• Coordinate with title companies, notaries, and sellers to keep transactions on track
• Own the closing process end to end, ensuring fast, smooth, accurate closings
