Requirements
- 1+ years of sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or customer-facing experience (or strong transferable experience — we care about results, not just titles)
- Exceptional phone presence: warm, confident, and persuasive without being pushy
- Strong written communication for follow-up emails and CRM notes
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, or similar) — willingness to learn ours fast
- Resilience: you handle "no" without losing momentum and treat objections as conversations, not rejections
- Self-management in a fully remote setup — you hit your numbers without anyone watching
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a quality mic
- Bonus: experience selling to construction, trades, or B2B services
- Bonus: familiarity with sales frameworks (SPIN, Sandler, MEDDIC) or a coachable mindset to learn ours
