BrianLawrence.com is a boutique wedding industry-focused agency that offers website design, enhancements, search engine optimization, and consulting to teach clients to make improvements themselves. We have a fantastic small group of independent contractors working together. We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team and act as an assistant to the owner in different tasks (many of which are done in Google Drive), client and potential client outreach and help manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques, as well as experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. That person must also have good writing, editing, and communication skills along with good admin skills in google docs, sheets, and presentations. Ideally, I am looking for someone who lives close to Teaneck as some tasks would occasionally need to be done in collaboration with the owner in the same physical location. Having some affinity or experience for the wedding industry is a big plus and an understanding of Search Engine Optimization, WordPress, and some web design experience is an even bigger plus.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans and reports.
Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Send and Receive Emails on behalf of the owner.
Involvement with SEO and work on WordPress.
