Job Title: Account Manager / Media Buyer

Role Type: Full-time

Hours: 5-6 days per week

Location: 100% Fully Remote

Income: $60,000 – $120,000+ USD per year (On Target Earnings)

Grow or Die Marketing helps 6 and 7-figure high-ticket coaches and consultants scale through paid acquisition, high-converting funnels, and dialed-in sales systems.

***NOTE: This is our first Account Manager hire.

That means you’re not walking into a polished, systemized machine.

You’re walking into controlled chaos alongside the founder to help manage existing clients, maximize their results, AND build the conveyor belt systems that will scale this agency.

What You Are Doing To Do
Media Buying & Campaign Management

Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns targeting 2X+ Day 1 Cash Collected ROAS
Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CPA, CPL, CPM, CTR, show rates, close rates, and overall funnel economics
Create and test ad creatives, hooks, and angles that move the needle for each client’s specific market
Full-Funnel Ownership

Work across the entire client funnel—from ad click to booked call to closed deal
Identify the biggest constraint in each client’s system weekly and build action plans to solve it
Help clients optimize not just their ads, but their VSLs, landing pages, and sales processes
This means getting your hands dirty with copywriting and funnels
Client Management & Communication

Daily communication with each clients under your management (if needed)
Weekly 1-on-1 calls to review performance, troubleshoot issues, and plan next moves
Proactive leadership—you see problems before clients do and solve them before they escalate
Deliver a concierge-level experience that makes clients genuinely excited to work with us
Systems Building

Work directly with the founder to document processes, build SOPs, and create the repeatable systems that will allow us to scale
Help refine and improve the “conveyor belt” fulfillment model as we grow
Key Results
Client Retention Rate > 95% Happy clients stay. Unhappy clients leave. If our monthly churn is below 5%, we’re doing our job.

Consistent Reviews & Referrals Clients who are winning leave reviews and send referrals. That’s the proof that we’re delivering.

Increasing Client Revenue & Profitability The better our campaigns perform, the more clients can reinvest in growth. Our success is measured by their success.

Decreasing CPA Across the Board Lower acquisition costs = higher margins = happier clients = longer retention. Everything flows from this.

Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a Meta Media Buyer
Proven results managing and scaling high-ticket sales call funnels (VSL funnels, webinar funnels, application funnels)
Experience managing at least $500K+ in total ad spend
Strong communication skills—written and verbal and video calls
Strategic thinker who obsesses over results, not just activity
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Coachable mindset—you’re here to learn and get better, not prove you already know everything
“Whatever it takes” attitude toward client results
Bonus Points:

Copywriting skills or understanding of direct response principles
Experience with high-ticket offers ($3K+ price points)
Familiarity with CRMs and sales pipeline tools (GHL specifically)
