Job Description
You will support me in running my business and ministry operations by ensuring projects are well-organized, communications are timely, and creative initiatives are executed smoothly. Your work will involve both behind-the-scenes organization and outward-facing coordination with clients, freelancers, and service providers.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and organize projects, tasks, and timelines in Google Docs or Notion
Assist with Zoom and Microsoft Teams scheduling, setup, and follow-up
Maintain and update MailerLite email campaigns
Assist with WordPress updates and basic site changes
Help manage my online community on Skool (approve members, post updates, track engagement)
Set up and update offers, products, and pages online
Coordinate with freelancers on Fiverr or similar platforms
Handle client onboarding and send follow-up emails after onboarding
Manage my calendar, including speaking engagements, client calls, and internal deadlines
Apply to speaker opportunities and podcast guest spots
Update my speaker care set and ensure speaking engagements run smoothly
Search for and coordinate professional services as needed (e.g., photographer, videographer, MUA, graphics designer, reels editor)
Manage creative projects like photo shoots, video shoots, graphics, and reels management from start to finish
Research and recommend tools, processes, and platforms to improve efficiency
Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency
Work with a high degree of autonomy—taking initiative, solving problems creatively, and keeping projects moving with minimal oversight
Troubleshoot and figure things out independently when new tools or systems are introduced
Hours & Pay
10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule, but some overlap with Eastern Time preferred)
Paid hourly or retainer, depending on experience
